SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Delivery Areas
Currently, Brakus.store only supports shipping within the United States. We will be expanding international shipping in the near future and will notify customers as soon as it is available.
2. Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 per domestic order.
3. Shipping Providers
At Brakus.store, we partner with reputable shipping providers like FedEx to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and safely. Our shipping partners have transparent tracking systems that allow you to easily check the status of your orders throughout the shipping process.
4. Order Processing Time
The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST) | Monday – Friday.
The order processing time at Brakus.store is 1-3 business days from the time you complete your payment. During this time, we will check the order, pack it and prepare it for delivery to the carrier.
5. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Please note that the delivery time does not include order processing time.
6. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a shipping tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the carrier’s website.

7. Issues during the shipping process
We are committed to delivering on time, however, in some unexpected cases, delivery times may be delayed due to:
Bad weather.
Unforeseen incidents of the shipping unit.
Problems arising from the customer such as incorrect delivery address.

8. Damaged or lost goods
We are responsible for the goods during transportation until they are delivered to your address. If you receive a damaged product or find that your order is lost, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for support to exchange or refund.
