RETURNS AND REFUND

We at Brakus.store always want to bring customers quality fashion products and great shopping experiences. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, we are ready to support you in returning and refunding. 1. Returns within 30 days

You can request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt. This is to ensure that you have enough time to check and evaluate the product to make a decision.

  • If you do not request a return within this time, we will not be able to process your request after the specified 30-day period.
  • The time is calculated from the date you receive the goods according to the note from the shipping unit.

2. Returns Conditions

For a return request to be accepted, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is new, unused or washed, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage due to use.
  • The original labels and packaging are intact. The product does not show signs of being removed or modified.
  • The product is not on sale or on special promotion, unless the product is defective or damaged by the manufacturer.
  • We do not accept returns for products that are damaged or scratched by the user or for reasons unrelated to the product quality from the manufacturer.

3. Returns Process

To complete the return process, you need to follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email: [email protected]. You need to provide information including: order number, return reason and product image if a defect is detected.
  • Step 2: After receiving your request, our customer service team will respond and confirm the information within 48 working hours. We will guide you through the next steps to return the product to the store address.
  • Step 3: You are responsible for returning the product and shipping costs (except in the case of a product with a manufacturer defect). Make sure the product is securely packaged and sent back to us via the address we provide in the response email.
  • Step 4: Once the product is received, we will check the product condition. If the product meets the conditions stated in section 2, we will proceed to refund you.

4. Refund

The refund process will be carried out after we receive and check the returned product.

  • Refund method: The money will be refunded to the account or card you used to pay for the order.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processes.

5. Late or Missing Refund

If you have not received your refund after the stated time, please check the following steps:

  • Check your bank account: Sometimes refunds can be delayed due to bank processing. Be sure to check your account or statement to make sure the transaction has been completed.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer: Some transactions may take additional time to be processed by your bank or financial institution.

6. Canceling orders within 24 hours

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any fees. After 24 hours, your order may have been processed and packaged, so we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful.

  • How to cancel an order: To cancel an order, please send a cancellation request email to [email protected] with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation request within 24 hours of receiving the request.
  • If your order has been processed and shipped, you will need to wait for your order to be delivered and then follow the return process as per the terms in section 3.
